What a PCS move-out clean actually needs to cover

With furniture gone, every surface is empty and unobstructed, baseboards, behind-appliance spaces, closet interiors, and inside cabinets are all fully visible to whoever inspects next. Appliances get scrutinized hardest in any move-out inspection: oven interior, refrigerator interior and coils, and range hood filter. And timing matters, the clean needs to happen after household goods are out but tight enough to the final walkthrough that nothing resettles into the space.
